Throughout my studies and through my current job I have further developed my skills in communication, organisation and problem solving within fast paced environments. My experience across hospitality and studying at Norwich University of the Arts I have shaped my understanding of consumer behaviour and customer engagement which will continue to influence my approach to the fashion industry. Alongside studying I have worked within team leadership and customer service where I developed my confidence in multitasking and adaptability. Going through these experiences I strengthened my ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and holding a positive customer experience.
My academic projects have allowed me to explore areas including branding, marketing, social media strategies and campaign planning and from this I have gained new skills in Adobe Creative suite along with learning how to combine commercial awareness with storytelling.
I am interested in fashion marketing and consumer behaviour as my work often focuses on creating emotional connections between brands and consumers through visuals and purposeful campaigns.
